Seminar on Hachi-o-kai Kan Ryu karate-do was held in Novosibirsk city (Russia)
On March 3, a workshop on Hachi-o-kai Kan Ryu karate-do was held in Budo-club “Ataka”, leader Alexander Menshikov (2-nd Dan HKRK). Young athletes took part in a three-hour training process, which conducted IFHKEA President Yury Negodin (9-th Dan HKRK, 7-th Dan IKF). The topic of the seminar: traditional karate-do technique (Kihon, Kata, Kumite), as well as Kobudo and Ju Waza. |
